The Burns Harvest Market is a community focused farmers market, with a curated selection of locally produced food, flora, & wares.

Our inaugural market will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 4-7PM at St. John Lutheran Church In Burns, TN. This is a one day event, however we hope to resume in 2025 with a regularly occurring market if there is interest from the local community of shoppers & vendors.

The goal of this market is to provide the community with an opportunity to begin the holiday season by shopping locally for their Thanksgiving meals & festivities. We also aim to provide our local farms and small businesses a selling opportunity during a time when most seasonal markets have ended, and traditional holiday markets have yet to begin. With your help, the atmosphere will be casual, cozy, family friendly, and festive.

In order to be considered as a vendor for this event, please complete the form below. Applications will be approved or declined as evaluated by the Market Management Team, based on criteria including, but not limited to:

  • product quality

  • demand for your product type at the market

  • farming practices (for farm businesses) and the extent of local or regional sourcing (for non-farm businesses)

  • market-readiness (must hold a current insurance policy and all applicable permits required for your business)

  • online presence and engagement with local community

Upon acceptance, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booth space. The vendor fee will be calculated according to your total GROSS sales on the market day. The initial deposit will be deducted from your total vendor fee. Payment for all fees is required by the conclusion of the market day, with no exceptions.
